Aleksandr Skubi – Chief Solutions Architect
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect who can help develop Energy Trading, Flexibility, and eMobility Services:
Energy Trading systems play a critical role in how we forecast, optimise, and purchase energy across markets.
Flexibility services, including a virtual power plant, off-grid solutions, and balancing reserves, are the future of energy markets and are already reshaping how we approach sustainable energy supply.
Our innovative eMobility platform already powers many EVs in our home markets and is a genuinely future-looking product for years to come.
You will be responsible for designing solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient, meeting business needs and supporting business growth. Working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and fellow architects, you will translate business requirements into innovative, sustainable technical solutions. You will also drive strategic decisions on system architecture, technology stacks, and integration approaches to ensure long-term success.

have at least 5 years of experience in senior engineering roles using Java or C#;

have at least 3 years in architecture roles;
have experience designing large-scale systems using C4;
are skilled in ensuring selected quality attributes in system design;
have knowledge of integration patterns and modern integration platforms;
have ability to assess business needs and translate them into evolutionary robust architecture;
know how to guide engineering teams through the implementation of complex changes;
have experience in setting technology roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives;
have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Location: Fully remote work possibility from Estonia (preferred), Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland. If you feel like coming to the office, offices are also available in all the mentioned countries.
Visa/Relocation: We are not offering a relocation package or visa sponsorship for this role.
