Senior Fundamental Power Analyst,

Your main responsibilities will include:

• developing and maintaining fundamental models for power price forecasting, load demand, and generation dispatch.

• scenario development for cross-commodity forward curves.

• performing back-testing of models and refining them based on market observations.

• monitoring production assets in the region and maintaining the production asset database.

• gathering and interpreting data from various sources, including industry reports, market databases, and proprietary tools.

You will succeed in this role if you:

• have strong analytical skills.

• possess a deep understanding of power market fundamentals, including supply & demand dynamics, generation mix, transmission constraints, and weather impacts.

• have experience in the commodity industry.

• are familiar with the MERIT order concept.

• have experience with market databases, simulation models, and forecasting tools (considered an advantage).

• enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
