We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will participate in the development of a digital strategy by providing new, profitable, and safe technological solutions for our central services digitalization unit.
You’ll find challenges and opportunities in vital day-to-day processes (like customer service, finance, legal, HR, documentation, etc.) that both new systems and some legacy systems have to offer.
Our team consists of Technical Lead, 4 developers and 1 tester. The team is self-organized and works independently according to Agile methodology.

You are a great match if you have:
at least five years of experience in front-end and back-end development
knowledge of RTL is nice to have
knowledge of Spring Boot (3), PostgreSQL, Kafka
knowledge of React and Typescript
good experience with Java
experience with .NET or readiness to learn it
knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) will be a plus
knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and SonarQube
knowledge of Kong will be a plus
strong communication and collaboration skills
high level of spoken and written proficiency in English

Location: We have offices in Tallinn, Tartu and Jõhvi. Home office opportunity across Estonia.
Visa/Relocation/Remote Work: We are not offering a relocation package or visa sponsorship for this role. Fully remote work from another country is not supported for this role.
