We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our development team focused on providing self-service solutions for our customers to trade energy services and sign contracts from Enefit digitally.

What do we do?

We support our customers in ordering energy services from Enefit through our e-channels. We do that by ensuring that back-end systems deliver automated fulfilment and tracking of the order.

The team is self-organized and works independently according to Scrum methodologies.

You are a great match if you:

  • have experience with Java and or Kotlin.

  • are proficient in developing applications using Spring Boot.

  • are familiar or interested in reactive programming.

  • have a strong understanding and experience with Kafka.

  • have expertise in microservice architecture.

  • have experience with RESTful and or gRPC API design and implementation.

  • are well-versed in relational and or non relational databases (Redis, PostgreSQL).

  • have knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub, Jenkins).

  • are product minded and love solving complex problems and bring a solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.

  • have strong communication and collaboration skills and you speak English at working proficiency (Estonian is a plus).

Additional details

Location: Tallinn, partial remote work possibility.

Visa/Relocation/Remote Work: We are not offering a relocation package or visa sponsorship for this role. Fully remote work from another country is not supported for this role.
