Solutions Architect (Integrations),

We are looking for a Solutions Architect for integration platforms who will play a key role in shaping the future of our products and technology. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between business goals and technical excellence — defining the high-level design and setting the technical strategy for a set of products within your domain.

You will be responsible for designing solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient, meeting both business and stakeholder needs. Working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and fellow architects, you will translate business requirements into smart, sustainable technical solutions. You will also drive strategic decisions on system architecture, technology stacks, and integration approaches to ensure long-term success. At the same time, you will make sure every solution aligns with desired system quality attributes and supports business growth.

You are a great match if you:

• have at least 5 years of experience in senior engineering roles using Java or C#;

• have at least 3 years in architecture roles;

• have experience designing large-scale systems using architecture and modelling frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4);

• are skilled in ensuring selected quality attributes in system design (e.g., scalability, security, performance, and compliance);

• have knowledge of integration patterns, API design techniques, and modern integration platforms;

• have ability to assess business needs and translate them into scalable and robust architecture;

• know how to guide technical teams through the implementation of complex projects;

• have experience in setting technology roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives;

• have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
