Back Office Team Lead,

At Enefit, we are looking for a Back Office Team Lead to help us deliver seamless service and continuously improve the experience of our customers and partners. 

In this role, you will:

• lead and support the Back Office team in delivering efficient and high-quality operational services;

• organize and coordinate daily workflows to ensure smooth execution of customer support and sales administration processes;

• take ownership of performance monitoring and drive continuous improvement initiatives;

• support the resolution of complex operational and customer-related challenges;

• analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements;

• build effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners;

• guide the team through change and help embed new processes and ways of working.

• have experience in customer service, customer support, or back-office operations;

• have previous people leadership or team coaching experience;

• are good in command of MS Excel and other data processing platforms;
