This is your opportunity to enter the world of energy trading and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.

As an Energy trading Analyst, you will support the largest electricity portfolio in the Baltics by analyzing market data, researching key drivers across the Nordic, Baltic, and Central European markets, and contributing to tools that support trading and portfolio decisions. You will work with experienced professionals and build a strong foundation in analytics, market research, and risk management.

Your key responsibilities:

  • analyze electricity, gas, and related energy market data to identify trends and trading opportunities;

  • monitor and research key market fundamentals across the Nordic, Baltic, and Central European electricity markets;

  • develop insights and recommendations to support portfolio management and trading strategies;

  • contribute to the development and improvement of analytical tools, models, and dashboards used in decision-making;

  • support analysis of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), risk management, and structured energy products;

  • assist in evaluating market risks and opportunities arising from regulatory and fundamental changes.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • an outstanding academic record at a highly ranked university;

  • strong interest in energy or financial markets;

  • flawless English skills (equivalent to IELTS 8.0+/TOEFL 110+).

Additional advantages:

  • fluency in any of the following languages: Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Finnish;

  • relevant academic background (energy, meteorology, finance);

  • relevant work experience (energy, finance, investments);

  • demonstrable skills in data gathering and analysis;

  • SQL, Tableau, R, Python skills or willingness to develop them on the job.
