As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and developing relationships with major B2B clients. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a drive to turn opportunities into lasting customer partnerships.

In this role, you will:

  • manage and develop relationships with large corporate customers;

  • build long-term partnerships and identify new business opportunities;

  • sell complex products or solutions to enterprise clients;

  • identify customer needs and translate them into tailored commercial solutions;

  • create and translate complex business cases into simple, workable solutions and present them accordingly;

  • deliver quarterly and annual sales objectives;

  • ensure accurate data entry in company systems.

You are a great match if you:

  • have at least 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Enterprise Sales, working with large corporate clients;

  • can demonstrate strong business development and relationship management skills;

  • have experience negotiating commercial agreements with senior decision-makers;

  • are analytical and able to evaluate market trends, customer business models, and commercial opportunities;

  • have a results-driven and customer-centric approach, with strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction;

  • are strategic thinker with strong communication and sales skills;

  • hold a university degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field;

  • speak fluent Estonian and English.
