We are looking for a Production Manager, whose primary responsibility will be to manage wind operating assets and participate in the development and implementation of the strategy in the field.

Your main responsibility would be:

  • ensuring uninterrupted operation and production activities in wind energy production units;

  • ensuring compliance of wind assets (wind turbines, infrastructure and electrical installations including substations) with environmental, occupational safety, equipment safety and other laws, as well as local government and company internal requirements;

  • coordinating the operation and maintenance schedules and documentation, including preventive and corrective maintenance repair and inspection reports;

  • communicate and negotiate with Contractors (local and international), landowners on operation and maintenance works and schedules, provide relevant information to stakeholders, including but not limited LitGrid, ESO, ACER etc.;

  • perform production analyzes and reporting in cooperation with asset management analysts to ensure the efficiency of renewable energy objects;

  • advise both technically and economically on the planning and budgeting of operation and maintenance of existing and planned objects and coordinate acceptance tests;

  • cooperate with colleagues from different departments (procurement, legal, development, maintenance etc.);

  • other activities related to the smooth operation of the Wind farm infrastructure according to the valid legislation and Company rules.

You are a great match if you have:

  • technical higher or secondary education (preferably in the field of electricity, automation or mechanics);

  • at least 3 years of professional work experience in wind farm project management or O&M execution (Wind Turbine related background or High voltage systems and substations experience is preferred);

  • you are ready "to make hand dirty" and make quality inspections on site;

  • quick decision-making, analytical and organizational skills;

  • the ability to see the whole picture without losing sight of important details;

  • you are results-oriented, responsible, with good computer, reporting, self-expression and cooperation skills on an international level;

         

  • you are fluent in Lithuanian and English at the communication level (negotiations and contracts with international partners).

Additional details

Location: Klaipėda, Šilutė, Šiauliai, Kelmė, Kaunas (and districts) with the option for partial remote work.
