We are looking for a Technology Architect to join our central IT operation team — someone who will design and implement central IT platforms and infrastructure aligned with our strategic IT goals, offering innovative, sustainable, and secure technological solutions.
taking responsibility for Architecture Governance within the IT Management Domain;
leading the architecture of secure and automated internal platform offerings (Container Platform, Observability Platform, etc.);
working closely with stakeholders, including DevOps teams, product managers, business analysts, and other architects;
participating in Architecture Councils;
mentoring engineering teams and promote architectural best practices;
documenting, model, and present required architectural changes (captured via ADRs, C4 diagrams, etc.);
to drive Proofs of Concept, leading by example and experience;
understanding integration points and ensure security between on-premises and cloud environments;
to innovate and take a leading role in shaping Enefit’s core technology landscape.

have higher education in Information Technology or a related field;
have experience with architecture tools and methodologies;
possess hands-on experience with IT platforms and infrastructure;
understand cloud and on-premises integration and security;
communicate fluently in English and Estonian;
demonstrate strong analytical thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
Location: Tallinn, partial remote work possibility.
