Your main responsibility as Wind Operations Lead is to ensure continuous and efficient production operations in the wind energy production units together with your team by setting goals, organising the operational framework, providing leadership, and carrying out oversight. You are also responsible for staying within the budget and adhering to workplace environment and safety principles.
Systematic management of the company’s wind energy portfolio, including improving technical and operational efficiency and harmonising portfolio principles;
Ensuring the reliability, sustainability, and development of the product portfolio;
Preparing production results, budgets, and operational plans, and ensuring their execution and follow‑up;
Implementing asset management plans within the wind operations domain, including advancing digitalisation towards fully digitalised production forecasting, regulatory capabilities, and algorithm‑based preventive maintenance;
Ensuring cross‑functional cooperation and knowledge sharing with the company’s and the group’s development units to support the creation of new production solutions.

have a higher education in technology (energy, industrial engineering, or similar), additional training in business administration is an advantage;
have at least 5 years of experience in team leadership and portfolio management; leading operations and maintenance teams and experience in wind industry is an advantage;
have the ability to see the whole picture without losing sight of important details;
have quick decision-making, analytical and organizational skills;
are highly proficient in English; Estonian and Lithuanian languages are a plus.
Location: Tallinn or Vilnius (partial remote work opportunity, per agreement with manager).
