As Head of Sales Estonia, you will lead the sales organisation, accelerate Enefit's commercial growth and help strengthen the success of Estonian businesses while contributing to Estonia's energy transition. 

In this role, you will:

  • drive Enefit's sales performance in Estonia by acquiring new customers, strengthening existing relationships and increasing the value we create for our customers;

  • lead and develop a high-performing sales organization that delivers strong business results and an exceptional customer experience;

  • build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement across the sales team;

  • develop scalable sales processes and turn commercial strategy into measurable results through strong execution, forecasting, pipeline management and data-driven decision-making;

  • bring Enefit's full range of energy solutions to the market, helping customers make smarter and more sustainable energy choices;

  • collaborate closely with product, marketing, pricing, customer service and regional teams to create competitive customer solutions;

  • contribute directly to Enefit's green journey by accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy solutions across Estonia.

You are a great match if you:

  • have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership and experience leading teams with full sales target responsibility;

  • know how to build, develop and motivate high-performing sales teams;

  • are a strategic and data-driven leader with strong experience in sales management, forecasting, pipeline management and CRM tools;

  • are comfortable leading change, challenging established ways of working and building new capabilities;

  • have excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills;

  • combine strong business acumen with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering results;

  • speak fluent Estonian and English; experience in the energy sector is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
