We are looking for a Software Architect who can help develop Flexibility Services with our internal development teams by creating the architecture vision and leading the execution. Flexibility services, with a virtual power plant, off-grid solutions and balancing reserves, are the future of energy markets, and they are already reshaping how we approach sustainable energy production and consumption.

you’re a hands-on architect who can make modern IT solutions for the business challenges;
you have at least five years of experience in software development using Java/Spring stack;
you have notable experience as a Software Architect or similar roles;
you have previous practical experience with event-driven architectures, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (preferably Azure);
you are innovative, independent, and have excellent communication skills;
you have an interest in data analytics (e.g., forecasting, optimizations);
you are willing to do coding for part of your time;
you are fluent in English.
Additional information: The position will require frequent travel to Tallinn (up to 50% of the time) during the probationary for successful onboarding with development and business teams, with the company covering associated expenses.
Where? Fully remote work possibility from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland. If you feel like coming to the office, offices are also available in all the mentioned countries.
