Digital Marketing & Growth Lead (Baltics & Poland),

As our Digital Marketing & Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving Enefit's digital growth agenda across multiple markets. You will develop cross-market digital marketing strategies, lead the evolution of our MarTech ecosystem, and enable scalable customer acquisition through marketing automation and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with local market teams and central UX, Web, and Marketing functions, you will ensure consistent execution, continuous optimization, and measurable business results.

You are a great match if you:

• have proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, MarTech, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment;

• combine a strong commercial mindset with a passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement;

• have hands-on experience with digital campaigns, performance marketing, customer acquisition funnels, and conversion optimization;

• are confident working with marketing automation platforms, analytics, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar;

• can turn complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations;

• have a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, CRM, and email marketing best practices;

• enjoy collaborating across countries, functions, and stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving alignment;

• communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
